Brain Synchronization

Here is a picture of what happens when the two hemispheres of the brain are synchronized. This is achieved through sound therapy using many different mediums such as the tuning forks, or the tibetan singing bowls.

"Tuning Fork Session"

A session begins by asking some information about where you are having imbalances.
Then you will lie on a yoga mat that is cushioned and comfy; fully clothed.
A blanket will be placed on you if you prefer.
As you close your eyes falling asleep is often common.
I will then begin playing the tuning forks by holding one tuning fork at a time over each ear. A session is 30 to 60 minutes.
Each client has a unique experience. Most commonly reported sensations include vibrations and pulsations. Some clients report seeing light, color and images.

What the sound therapy does is allow the mind to let go of what is stressing it out. This includes what we are holding onto whether it be the past, present or future.

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy is the vibration of sound used to help bring the body back into balance. When the body is imbalanced by too much stress; the body is in a low vibrational frequency from which the body naturally resonates. The body starts to shut down and cause illness or dis-ease. Sound therapy is used to help raise the bodies vibration and help to bring the body back into its natural frequency which is from 62-68 Mhz.

Our physical bodies are more than 70% water and
sound can move through solid, liquid, and gases. It can directly control fluids such as blood and lymph.

"Our feelings are a feedback mechanism for what is going on in the mind. So if the mind is in disharmony. The body will also be in disharmony".

What Is An Aura?

Aura is an energy field emanating from the surface of a person or object. This emanation is visualized as an outline of cascading color and may be held to represent vibrations of the soul or a reflection of surrounding energy fields.

Take a look at this picture. What do you see? What do you Feel? This is a great example of auras in nature.

If the opposite of trying to make something happen is to let it go. Than with practice you will be able to let go and see what is right in front of you. Its like when you are looking for something and you stop looking and it appears.
